Plantersfield is a new home community in Conway which has started development in early 2024. The Plantersfield subdivision will include approximately 87 single family units. This Conway new home community is conveniently located in Maple Crossroads just off of highway 701 just below its interchange with Highway 22, just down the road from the Grier Crossing subdivision.

Plantersfield will have 3-4 bedroom single family homes with 2-3 baths and 2 car garages. Plantersfield will feature a variety of floorplans each with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded flooring.
