Waterway Palms Plantation is a Carolina Forest new home community. This Carolina Forest new home community is located off of River Oaks Drive and borders the Intracoastal Waterway. Waterway Palms Plantation is a gated community that features Charleston and Lowcountry style homes. Lots are available and you can bring your own builder. Suriano Homes is one of the builders that has supported new construction in Waterway Palms Plantation. There are a total of 759 single family homes planned for development in this Carolina Forest new home community with 493 single family homes already constructed and an additional 266 single family homes left for development.
