Majestic Oaks is an established luxury gated townhome community in Murrells Inlet that is now experiencing a new phase of construction. The townhome community of Majestic Oaks is located in the Georgetown County part of Murrells Inlet between Highway 17 and Business Highway 17. Conveniently located along Oyster Bay Drive, Majestic Oaks is surrounded by mature oak trees and landscaped grounds and is designed around a central private amenity area. The location of Majestic Oaks provides convenient access to the Murrells Inlet waterfront, MarshWalk, restaurants, shopping and other attractions.
The original portion of Majestic Oaks consists of two completed townhome buildings, positioned on the south and north sides of the property. These existing residences established the community's upscale character, with large three-story townhomes offering roughly 2,700 square feet or more of living space. These existing townhomes in Majestic Oaks have generally featured three bedrooms, 3½ baths and two-car garages, with private outdoor areas and access to the community's central swimming pool and landscaped common areas.

Extensive landscaping, mature trees and decorative plantings are incorporated throughout the property, while the entrance road provides a loop through the development.
Another particularly attractive feature shown on the plan is the property's relationship to the marsh/waterfront area along the eastern side of the development. The landscaping and road layout create a landscaped transition between the townhomes and the marsh, giving the community a distinctive coastal setting. This waterfront-adjacent location is an important part of the appeal of Majestic Oaks and helps distinguish it from many of the newer townhome communities being developed farther inland.
