Most of the locals are already familiar with the Tiger Grand community as well as the Rivertown Row subdivision within Tiger Grand. These communities are located just off of Highway 501 and Cultra Road - just north of Conway. Not to be confused with the existing community of Rivertown Row - but just "north" of this community is the appropriately named new home community of Rivertown Row North. Beverly Homes was the builder of the Rivertown Row community and is also the builder of the first phase of homes in the new home community of Rivertown Row North. This new home community is located in a quiet rural area just north of downtown Conway and a little further down Cultra Road from Tiger Grand.

Beverly Homes is planning on building approximately 150 single family homes in the first phase of development within the Rivertown Row North community. Pricing starts at around $300,000.
