Indigo Bay is a new home community in Carolina Forest that initially began to close homes in the fall of 2024. This Carolina Forest new home community is located right off of the newly widened Carolina Forest Boulevard in the heart of Carolina Forest. Ryan Homes is one of several builders supporting the development of this new home community in Carolina Forest. Ryan Homes is the last builder involved with development of the Indigo Bay community. Indigo Bay is a gated community situated around a 50 acre lake. Indigo Bay is also a Natural Gas Community.

Horry County has approved the development of 376 single family homes, 173 single family homes have been developed, and an additional 203 single family homes remain to be developed in the Carolina Forest new home community of Indigo Bay.

Ryan Homes is now building additional phases in Indigo Bay. Pricing of the homes in Indigo Bay by Ryan Homes are starting in the upper $400's.
