Course Club Villas at Prince Creek was a highly successful new townhome community that brought 93 upscale attached homes to one of the most desirable locations in Murrells Inlet. The community began closing homes in late 2024 and was completely sold out by the summer of 2026.

Set along the northern end of the TPC of Myrtle Beach, Course Club Villas offered a particularly attractive combination of golf-course surroundings, upgraded new-home construction and the amenities and location of the larger Prince Creek master-planned community. The TPC of Myrtle Beach is a Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course and a member of the PGA Tour’s prestigious Tournament Players Club network. The course has also hosted a number of high-profile golf tournaments over the years.

Course Club Villas was one of numerous residential neighborhoods within Prince Creek, a nearly 3,000-acre master-planned community in Murrells Inlet. Conveniently accessed from Tournament Boulevard, Prince Creek places residents less than five miles from the Atlantic Ocean while putting shopping, dining, golf, medical services and other everyday conveniences close at hand.

At the time, Course Club Villas was the only new-construction townhome community being developed within Prince Creek, giving the community a distinctive place within the local new-home market. The homes also stood out for their collection of upgraded interior finishes, including taller cabinetry, luxury flooring, upgraded countertops and other enhancements that gave the townhomes a more finished, upscale feel than many comparable attached homes.

Ryan Homes served as the builder, offering its popular Grand Nassau townhome plan. At approximately 1,634 square feet, the Grand Nassau featured three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and a one-car garage.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan made excellent use of its space. Entry from the garage led directly into the impressive gourmet kitchen, where a large center island overlooked the great room and dining area. The main level also included the owner’s suite, complete with a dual-vanity bath and oversized walk-in closet, along with access to a covered porch that provided additional outdoor living space. Upstairs were two spacious secondary bedrooms, a full bathroom and unfinished storage.

The combination of new construction, an upscale interior package, a highly desirable Prince Creek location and proximity to the TPC of Myrtle Beach helped make Course Club Villas particularly popular. All 93 townhomes sold out by the summer of 2026, marking a relatively quick sellout for the community.

The Grand Nassau townhomes sold from approximately $300,000 to just over $400,000, with the average selling price landing in the $330,000s.
