The Townes at Barefoot is a new townhome community located within the highly desirable Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Developed by Pulte Homes, the community brought 57 new townhomes to the Barefoot Resort master-planned community, with the first homes closing in January 2023 and the community completely sold out by April 2024.
Residents of Townes at Barefoot enjoyed an exceptional location just minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, entertainment and the many attractions of the Grand Strand. As part of Barefoot Resort, homeowners also had access to an impressive collection of resort amenities, including four golf courses, a large saltwater pool, a marina and access to the Barefoot Beach Cabana.
Pulte Homes offered the Byrnes, a three-story townhome design with approximately 2,102 square feet of living space. The floor plan featured four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4 bathrooms and a one-car garage, with the three-story layout providing a distinctive separation of living and private spaces. The main living level included an open-concept gathering room, dining area and kitchen with a large island, along with access to a rear patio or screened porch. The second floor featured the primary owner's suite with a walk-in closet and private bath, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry area. A fourth bedroom suite occupied the third floor, providing a private space that could also serve as a home office, media room or multigenerational living area.
Townhomes at Townes at Barefoot sold from the high $300s to the mid-$500s, with an average selling price of approximately $460,000. The community is now completely sold out, making Townes at Barefoot another completed new-home community within the rapidly growing Barefoot Resort area.
