Glasgow Village is a new home community in Murrells Inlet within the International Golf Club of Myrtle Beach. The International Club is located between Highway 707 and Highway 17 just off of McDowell Shortcut Road. There will be a total of 44 single-family homes in Glasgow Village, with golf course, wooded and lakefront sites. Homes first started to sell in February of 2024 and have sold from the $400’s to the $600’s. The HOA in Glasgow Village is only around $100 per month.

The design incorporates the natural Lowcountry terrain, with fairways winding through hardwood and pine forests, as well as untouched wetlands. Unique finger lakes, fed by underground springs, serve as natural water hazards throughout the course.
