There will be a total of 95 single-family homes in Hope Pointe.
The single-family homes in Hope Pointe first began to close in late 2025. As of February 2026, the single-family homes in Hope Pointe have sold from approximately $510,000 to approximately $668,000 with an average selling price at around $586,000.
The townhomes in Hope Pointe started selling shortly after the single-family homes. As of February 2026, the townhomes in Hope Pointe have sold from approximately $330,000 to approximately $370,000 with an average selling price at around $350,000.
There will be a total of 146 villas (townhomes) in Hope Pointe.
Up until now, Ryan Homes has been offering two townhome (villa) floor plans:
1. Nassau Cove Floor Plan in Hope Pointe by Ryan Homes
The Nassau Cove is one of Ryan Homes' townhome models in Hope Pointe - a 3+ bedroom, 2.5+ bathroom, 1 car garage, 1,628 + square foot townhome. The Nassau Cove truly lives up to its name. Ryan Homes is now looking to add an additional product line – The Dunmore – to its’ already approved townhome section.
The Dunmore townhome product line will maintain the previously approved building footprints and unit sizes.
While the building footprints and sizes of the Dunmore Townhome Floor Plan in Hope Pointe would remain unchanged, the additional proposed façades of the Dunmore are different from those that were previously approved. On March 3, 2026, the North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission will be reviewing the application by Ryan Homes to add the Dunmore townhome plan.
3. Dunmore Floor Plan in Hope Pointe by Ryan Homes
The new Dunmore townhome from Ryan Homes is slightly smaller than the community’s two existing townhome models. The Dunmore townhome plan in Hope Pointe by Ryan Homes will have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,438 square feet of living space.
The first floor of the Dunmore townhome plan in Hope Pointe will have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 1 car garage and 1,083 square feet of living space.
The second floor of the Dunmore townhome plan in Hope Pointe will have 1 bedroom and 1 optional bathroom with 355 square feet of living space.
Ryan Homes has not yet announced pricing for the Dunmore townhome plan in Hope Pointe.
