Land development and the construction of the model homes and a few spec homes is well underway.
Beazer Homes is the builder in the new home community of Ambridge on an approximate 82 acre piece of property right off of McKinley Shortcut Road. The new home community of Ambridge in Conway is being developed near the intersection of Highway 905 and Highway 22.

Preliminary plans are showing approximately 173 single family homes in Ambridge.
Beazer will be offering three different single-family home plans in the new home community of Ambridge in Conway:

As of April 2025, Beazer is planning on opening up sales in August of 2025. Beazer has not yet announced pricing for this new home community.
