The new home community of the Willows at Pitch Landing is being developed on an approximately 60-acre site located southwest of downtown Conway, just west of Highway 701 and directly off Pitch Landing Road. Plans in the Willows at Pitch Landing are showing 121 single-family homes.
One of the community's most attractive features is its location along Pitch Landing Road, an emerging residential corridor that is becoming increasingly important to western Horry County's continued growth. The roadway provides convenient access to SC Highway 905, Highway 701, and nearby SC Highway 22, making travel to downtown Conway, Carolina Forest, and other areas of the Grand Strand both easy and convenient.
As residential development continues to expand west of Conway, Pitch Landing Road is evolving from a primarily rural roadway into an important connector supporting new neighborhoods, expanding infrastructure, and future residential growth. The Willows at Pitch Landing is well positioned to benefit from this area's long-term development while still offering the quieter setting that has made western Horry County an increasingly desirable place to call home.
Mungo Homes has recently announced the floor plans that will be offered at The Willows at Pitch Landing. One aspect that stands out is that these home designs are distinct from those Mungo is introducing in its other nearby communities, including North Cove in Carolina Forest and he Meadows at Four Mile in Conway.
This approach is somewhat unique among national builders in the Myrtle Beach area, many of which tend to offer the same collection of floor plans across multiple communities.
