The new home community of Shelley Park South in Conway will consist of 384 single-family homes that have lot sizes that are just over 10,000 square feet. This new home community in Conway will feature sidewalks, a community garden, separate mail kiosks, and 10.84 acres of active open space while still preserving over 18 acres of wetlands. There will be a 50’ wetland buffer to help preserve those wetland areas. All of the lots will be out of the 100 year & Supplemental Flood Zones.
