2. Wynter – 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, one car garage, 2 stories, 1,778+ square feet of living space – originally priced starting at $352,995

3. Luca – 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, one car garage, 2 stories, 1,988+ square feet of living space – originally priced starting at $364,995

The single-family homes in Hill Street Villas sold from $361,000 to $445,000, with an average selling price at close to $400,000.

Ocean Isle Palms in Shallotte - Plans are for Ocean Isle Palms to have a mixed-use portion of the property as well as a with a “village center”, featuring restaurants, coffee shops, a residential element and other amenities,” and the village would have “no national brands” and be accessible to the public.  The new home community of Ocean Isle Palms is now partnering with Toll Brothers and Del Webb (Pulte) to deliver beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes in the community’s initial phases.
