The Meadows at Four Mile is a new home community coming soon to Conway, SC.
The Meadows at Four Mile will be conveniently located directly off Four Mile Road, just east of Highway 501 and just a short distance north of downtown Conway.
Four Mile Road is a convenient connecting route as the road runs east-west from Highway 501 – east to Highway 319, and then a short drive south on Highway 319 to Highway 701 – a “four-mile distance from Highway 501 to Highway 701” and thus the origin behind the name “Four Mile Road”.
Both Highway 501 and Highway 701 are convenient routes to downtown Conway and the surrounding areas of Conway.
There are a couple of other new home communities along Four Mile Road currently under construction near where the Meadows at Four Mile is being developed.
Woodside Crossing
Woodside Crossing is a new home community in Conway close to the Meadows at Four Mile that initially started to sell single-family homes in August of 2023. The new home community of Woodside Crossing in Conway is projected to have over 400 homesites. Beverly Homes is the builder in the new home community of Woodside Crossing. The initial phase in Woodside Crossing has 143 single family homes. The single-family homes in Woodside Crossing have sold from $260,000 to $424,000 with an average selling price at approximately $305,000. As of June 2026, Beverly Homes is pricing the single-family homes in Woodside Crossing from the upper $200’s.
Garden Grove
Garden Grove is a new home community in Conway along Four Mile Road by Mungo Homes that began to sell homes in November of 2024! The new home community of Garden Grove is being developed on approximately 129 acres of land. Originally there were 223 single family homes approved for development in the new home community of Garden Grove, but a zoning change in October of 2023 added an additional acre of land and three more lots for a total of 226 single family homes. The phased approach to development in Garden Grove has approximately 66 single family homes in Phase 1 and approximately 160 single family homes in Phase 2. Garden Grove features single family homes ranging from 1,500 to 3,000+ square feet. The single-family homes in Garden Grove have sold from $300,000 to $412,000 with an average selling price at approximately $352,000. As of June 2026, Mungo Homes is pricing the single-family homes in Garden Grove starting in the low $300's.
The new home community of the Meadows at Four Mile is being developed on an approximate 71.9-acre piece of land.
Horry County has approved development for 86 single family units.
Momentum is building at the Meadows at Four Mile as the community rapidly takes shape. Over the past year, tremendous progress has been made, transforming the property from raw land into a recognizable future neighborhood. Site clearing has been completed, utilities have been installed, roads are in place, street signs have been erected, and the community entrance monument now welcomes visitors to what is poised to become one of the area's most anticipated new home communities.
While the builder has yet to officially unveil home plans or pricing, excitement continues to grow among prospective buyers eager for details. With the infrastructure largely in place and development advancing steadily, anticipation surrounding Meadows at Four Mile is reaching new heights.
Current expectations are that the builder will announce floorplans, pricing, and sales information for the single-family homes during the summer of 2026, marking the next major milestone for this highly anticipated community.
