News Title:Evershore is a new home community coming soon to Ocean Isle Beach, NC, ideally located just off of Highway 17 and Highway 904.
The new home community of Evershore is located close to Lennar’s new home community off of Pea Landing Road - Fox Hollow - consisting of 166 planned single-family units on the northern side of Pea Landing Road and 150 planned single-family units on the southern side of Pea Landing Road.
The new home community of Evershore will be located within the master planned community of Timber Farms. The master planned community of Timber Farms was approved in 2024. Timber Farms is a relatively large mixed-use project planned for roughly 2,500 residential units on nearly 850 acres near Ocean Isle Beach and Shallotte. The mixed-use master planned community of Timber Farms will consist of single-family homes, multi-family units, townhomes and will have sections that are age targeted. Preliminary plans for the master planned community of Timber Farms are indicating 1,708 single family units, 228 duplexes, 164 townhomes and 400 multi-family units.
There will be multiple builders in Timber Farms and the community will be developed in phases.
Dream Finders Homes is the first builder to formally announce involvement with Timber Farms. Evershore is the name of the new home community that Dream Finders Homes will be building in Timber Farms.
