The townhomes in Collins Walk first started to close in January of 2025. Since that time nearly 20 townhomes have closed and about a dozen more are already under contract.
The average selling price of the townhomes in Collins Walk has been in the $220’s.
The Collins Walk townhome community is being developed on an approximate 20 acres parcel of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities
Plans are for there to be approximately 161 townhomes in Collins Walk.
