Arbor Ridge is a new home community in Conway located just off of Highway 501 that opened up for presales in April of 2025.
The new home community of Arbor Ridge is adjacent to Myrtle Ridge Drive and neighbors the 55 plus community of Lakeside Crossing. Lakeside Crossing is one of the largest the 55 plus communities in all of Horry County that was established over ten years ago and now has several hundred manufactured homes. Each home features open-concept layouts with shiplap accents, quartz countertops, detailed moldings, and upscale finishes throughout. Arbor Ridge will also have a community garden.
