In 2021, Lennar acquired Realstar Homes, the privately-held Coastal Carolinas company operating along and well within a North and South Carolinas corridor that arcs as far north as Wilmington, N.C., and bends southwestward to Charleston, S.C. and Hilton Head. Realstar targets the Myrtle Beach area, with communities to the north up to Ocean Isle Beach, NC, including Pawleys Island, Conway, Myrtle Beach, Little River, and reaching south towards Hilton Head.
In 2024, Lennar acquired Rausch Coleman Homes, which operates in 16 housing markets across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas which will expand Lennar’s presence in the U.S. Southeast and Southwest.
Lennar is also very well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area.

Lennar Future Subdivision - Beach View at Grande Dunes (Myrtle Beach) - Beach View at Grande Dunes is a community of single family homes in Myrtle Beach that will be preselling in early summer of 2025. Beach View at Grande Dunes is located in the heart of the Grande Dunes area in Myrtle Beach between 82nd Avenue North and Grande Dunes Boulevard. This new single family home community will be developed adjacent to Dream Finders Homes new townhome community of The Promenade at Grande Dunes. Beach View at Grande Dunes to expected to have 122 single family homes.

Lennar Future Subdivision - Birchwood (Longs) - Preliminary planning for the new home community of Birchwood is showing 79 single family units on an approximate 18.2 acre parcel of land. This new home community of Birchwood is located just off of West Bear Grass Road and Freemont close to Highway 905.
Lennar Future Subdivision - Clearbrook (Conway) - There are 230 single-family homes being planned for Clearbrook in Conway off of Highway 90 and John Doctor Road - will be developed as a conservation subdivision.
Lennar Future Subdivision - Fox Hollow (Calabash) - Fox Hollow is a new home community coming soon just over the South Carolina Border and North Carolina border off of Highway 17. Fox Hollow is conveniently located directly along Pea Landing Road NW and just a minute east a minute from the Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. Fox Hollow is expected to have 166 single-family homes.
Lennar Future Subdivision - Southwind Cove (North Myrtle Beach) - Southwind Cove is a new home community coming to North Myrtle Beach - located close to the Intracoastal Waterway near where Robert Edge Parkway intersects with Highway 17. Highway 31 and Highway 9 are both close to this location. Current plans are for there to be 45 residential lots of single-family homes.

Lennar Future Subdivision - Spring Beauty Estates (Conway) - Spring Beauty Estates is a new home community in the planning stages that is coming soon to Conway - just a few miles south-southwest of downtown Conway. There are expected to be about 100 single family homes in Spring Beauty Estates.
