This marks Lennar’s second new home community in North Myrtle Beach. The builder began presales at SeaChase Pointe in November 2024, and is now expanding its presence in the area with Southwind Cove.
Lennar is the exclusive builder at Southwind Cove, where plans call for 45 single-family home sites. Land development is already well underway, with model homes and spec homes currently under construction.
Homebuyers will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of Lennar’s thoughtfully designed floor plans, each featuring modern layouts and finishes.
