Beverly Homes, the builder of the Wildwood Townhomes, purchased approximately 7.84 acres of land in Socastee directly off of Highway 707 and is constructing 15 separate buildings with a total and 80 townhomes in the new community of Wildwood Townhomes.

The Wildwood Townhomes floor plan by Beverly Homes is a two-story, 3-bedroom, 2½-bath design that offers a particularly practical layout for townhome living. The primary suite is located on the first floor, providing convenient one-level living for the owners, while the second floor includes two additional bedrooms and a versatile loft area. The plan also features a flex room, which can be used as a home office, sitting area, playroom or additional living space. A kitchen with an island and stainless-steel appliances opens toward the main living area, creating an open-concept feel. Beazer Homes is also now being acquired by Dream Finders Homes.
Ryan Homes became part of NVR, Inc. in 1986, when NVR acquired the company.
