News Title:Lennar has officially launched townhome sales in Forestbrook Village, expanding housing options in this vibrant new master-planned community.
Forestbrook Village is one of Lennar’s newest townhome communities, coming soon to the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach. Forestbrook lies about 5 miles northwest of downtown Myrtle Beach. It’s bordered by U.S. Highway 501 to the northeast, SC Highway 31 (Carolina Bays Parkway) to the northwest, and the Socastee Swamp to the south.
The new townhome community of Forestbrook Village is located in the heart of Forestbrook – directly off of Forestbrook Road and across the street from the existing single-family homes in Forestbrook Estates. Lennar has another new home community further down Forestbrook Road – Arcadia. Mungo Homes and Pulte are also building in Arcadia along with Lennar.
Forestbrook Village will have a community swimming pool, playground, dog park and barbecue area.
Preliminary plans are indicating approximately 300 townhomes in Forestbrook Village.
