D. R. Horton is building an other new home community in the Conway area. The Preserve at Cypress Commons is a new D. R. Horton community coming soon that is conveniently located just north of downtown Conway right off of Highway 501. The intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 501 is just a few miles away from where the new Conway home community of The Preserve at Cypress Commons will be developed.
D. R. Horton will be the builder in The Preserve at Cypress Commons. D. R. Horton purchased this property in October of 2023.
Preliminary plat plans are showing an initial phase of approximately 50 single family homes on roughly 25 acres of land. The Preserve at Cypress Commons also has an additional 30 acres of land available for additional phases of development.
