Pulte, the builder in Forestwood, officially began selling single family homes in their new home community of Forestwood in North Myrtle Beach back in January of 2025.
Pulte is building approximately 92 single family homes in an initial phase of development in the new home community of Forestwood just off of Water Tower Road. As of October 2025, approximately half of this initial phase in Forestwood is either sold or already under contract. The single-family homes in Forestwood have sold from the middle $300’s to the upper $500’s. Pulte has not yet released the homes for a second phase in Forestwood.
Pulte is offering 15 different new home plans in Forestwood, with prices starting from $325,990, 2-5 bedrooms, 2-5.5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages.

2. Prescott Collection – The timeless Prescott series in Forestwood has 1,809+ square feet of living space and offers single-story living with open-concept designs and modern features. Pulte is pricing the homes in the Prescott series in Forestwood starting at $359,990.
3. Sutton Place – The Sutton Place series in Forestwood has 2,179+ square feet of living space and water and wooded sites. Prospective homebuyers can choose from both one and two level plans with flexible space and open floorplans. Pulte is pricing the homes in the Sutton Place series in Forestwood starting at $435,990.
In October of 2025, Pulte is now offering a Barefoot Resort Membership at either the golf or social level at Barefoot Resort and Golf for the Norman Love and Fazio courses with the ability to upgrade to a Dye Club Membership at a discounted rate. Barefoot Resort & Golf features four championship-level 18-hole golf courses designed by major architects that are top names in the game: Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman. All four of the golf course opened simultaneously in April of 2000.
Offering a golf membership with a home purchase in Forestwood is nothing new for Pulte Homes — the builder made a similar offering in the Carolina Forest new home community of Berkshire Forest through a partnership with The Legends Golf Resort.
