The International Club of Myrtle Beach is located in Murrells Inlet approximately 15 miles south of Myrtle Beach that was designed by renowned architect Willard Byrd and opened in 2000. The International Club of Myrtle Beach is an 18-hole, par-72 course stretching over 6,857 yards from the back tees, offering five sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels. The design incorporates the natural Lowcountry terrain, with fairways winding through hardwood and pine forests, as well as untouched wetlands. Unique finger lakes, fed by underground springs, serve as natural water hazards throughout the course.
The International Club has numerous communities already developed, including single family homes in The Meadows, The Highlands, The Links, The Enclave, and Pebble Creek. There are also several townhome/condo communities that have already been developed within the International Club, including Glasgow Village, The Grand Vistas, The Fairways, Cambridge, The Glens and the Villas.

Michael J. Mungo started building homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1954, and still today, the Mungo family is involved in the day-to-day operations of the new home building business. Many of their team members live and play in the communities where they build so you’re likely to bump into them at the grocery store, a football game, or the gym, and they take care of you just as well after the close as during the buying process. Mungo Homes is now a division of the Clayton Home Building Group and a Berkshire Hathaway company. Mungo Homes is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area.
As of early March 2025, Mungo Homes has not yet announced timing for sales of the townhomes in Bally Castle, but expectations are that presales will start in the spring of 2025.
