Some of the existing subdivisions close to where Seachase Pointe is being developed include: The Grove, Charleston Landing, Cottages on the Marsh, Riverside and Harbour Watch.
Lennar is pricing single family homes in SeaChase Pointe starting from $426,000 to $ 473,000.
Lennar is offering at least 3 different floor plans:
(1) Litchfield II - from $426,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,748 square feet
(2) St. Phillips - from $438,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,772 square feet
(3) Kensington - from $473,000 - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,449 square feet
A fourth Lennar floor plan, Savannah, is expected to be offered for a deliver in late spring/early summer.
