News Title: Aynor is growing — and Trestle Ridge is next. This upcoming new home community will introduce fresh housing options designed for today’s buyers. Coming soon to Aynor, SC.
The new home community of Trestle Ridge is conveniently located north of the Highway 501 and Highway 22 interchange, just west of Highway 501. Trestle Ridge is about 30 miles northwest of downtown Myrtle Beach.

Preliminary plans are showing that there are 163 single-family homes approved for development on this 74.25 acre parcel of land in Aynor.

Aynor, SC is quickly becoming one of Horry County’s most desirable small towns. Known as “The Little Golden Town,” Aynor offers a rare blend of peaceful rural charm and convenient access to the coast. Mild year-round temperatures and open landscapes of farms, woods, and waterways create an ideal setting for an active outdoor lifestyle—while fishing, boating, and hunting are all part of everyday life.

Just under 30 miles from Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, Aynor residents enjoy easy access to world-class golf, dining, entertainment, amusement parks, and major events like the Carolina Country Music Festival—without the congestion or cost of coastal living.

As of January 2026, timing for home construction in Trestle Ridge has not yet been announced.

Jordanville Farms by D. R. Horton

Jordanville Farms is a new home community in Aynor located just west of Highway 501. D. R. Horton is the builder in Jordanville Farms, of 413 single-family homes have been approved for development. D. R. Horton first began to sell the single family homes in Jordanville Farms back in Junes of 2023. As of January 2026, D. R. Horton has sold over 100 single-family homes in Jordanville Farms. The single-family homes in Jordanville Farms have sold from $228,000 to $356,000 with an average price of approximately $274,000. As of January 2026, D. R. Horton is currently pricing the single-family homes in Jordanville Farms starting in the $234’s.

Spring Grove by Starlight Homes

Starlight Homes purchased an approximate 42-acre piece of property just southwest of downtown Aynor where they are building their new home community of Spring Grove. The location of this parcel is in a quiet country like setting, slightly northeast of the intersection of Highway 501 and Highway 22, just off of Highway 319. The single-family homes in the new Aynor community of Spring Grove started to presell in September of 2025. There will be 100 single-family homes in the new home community of Spring Grove in Aynor. As of January 2026, Starlight Homes is pricing their new single-family homes in Spring Grove starting at $217,990.

Woodland Farms by D. R. Horton

Woodland Farms is a new home community by D. R. Horton just east of Highway 501. D. R. Horton built and sold 145 single-family homes in Woodland Farms. The single-family homes in Woodland Farms first started to sell in November of 2021 and the community totally sold out in late 2024. The single-family homes in Woodland Farms sold from $234,000 to $345,000 with an average price of approximately $278,000.

Night Owl Farms by Beverly Homes

Beverly Homes is the builder in Night Owl Farms. The new home community of Night Owl Farms is conveniently located near the Highway 501 and Highway 22 interchange. Horry County has approved the development of 112 single family homes in the new home community of Night Owl Farms. The new home community of Night Owl Farms will reside on a 46 acre piece of land. In Night Owl Farms, Beverly Homes is offering home customization, privacy and perimeter lots, and low monthly HOA fees. Homes in Night Owl Farms started to presell at the end of June 2024. As of January 2026, homes in Night Owl Farms are priced in the low $200's.

Westfield by Great Southern Homes

Westfield is a new home community in by Great Southern Homes that began presales in June of 2025. Horry County has approved the development of 74 single family homes directly off of Lambert Road. This 32 acre tract of land was purchased by Creekside Homes in 2022. In August of 2023, Creekside Homes sold this 32 acres parcel of land to PC Land Development. In July 2024, Great Southern Homes (GSH) LLC purchased this property. Great Southern Homes will be building 73 single family homes in the new home community of Westfield. As of January 2026, Great Southern Homes is pricing the single-family homes in Westfield starting from $305,900.

Ridgecrest by Starlight Homes

In late December of 2025, Starlight Homes recently purchased 3 parcels just west of Highway 501. These three parcels (1) 58.18 acres, (2) 136.55 acres, and (3) 78.12 acres – total nearly 275 acres of land. Ridgecrest is the name for this new home community by Starlight Homes comprising these 3 parcels. The current zoning of all of the three parcels is MSF 10. This Horry County Zoning District of MSF 10 (Manufactured Single-Family) is for single-family residential, including mobile homes with a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet. There are 452 single family homes approved for development in the new home community of Ridgecrest. Starlight Homes has not yet announced plans for any zoning change and they have also not announced timing or pricing for their new home community of Ridgecrest.
