Horry County is showing 100 single family units approved under the new home community name of Spring Grove.
Starlight Homes is also building a couple of other new home communities in the Myrtle Beach area:
Andalusia - a new home community in Loris. There are planned to be 202 single family units in this 117-acre Loris new home community of Andalusia. This new home community is located just off of Route 9, adjacent to the Crown Park Golf Club. D. R. Horton is building the new home community of Black Bear on the opposite side of Highway 9 from Andalusia. Starlight Homes is pricing homes in Andalusia starting at $199,990.
Plantersfield - a new home community in Conway which started development in 2024. The Plantersfield subdivision will include approximately 87 single family units. This Conway new home community of Plantersfield is conveniently located in Maple Crossroads just off of highway 701 just below its interchange with Highway 22, just down the road from the Grier Crossing subdivision. Plantersfield will have 3–4-bedroom single family homes with 2-3 baths and 2 car garages. Plantersfield will feature a variety of floorplans each with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded flooring.
