Presales of the homes in Forestwood began in early 2025.
As of June 2025, almost a dozen homes have already closed in Forestwood. The new homes sold so far in Forestwood from the high $300’s to the middle $500’s with an average sales price in the middle $400’s.
Pulte is offering 15 different new home plans in Forestwood within 3 different home collections.
1. Cambridge Collection – The Cambridge series has 1,702+ square feet of living space and offers large, spacious homes with vinyl siding on beautiful water and wooded homesites with mature trees. Pulte is pricing the homes in the Cambridge series starting at $324,990.
2. Prescott Collection – The timeless Prescott series has 1,809+ square feet of living space and offers single-story living with open-concept designs and modern features. Pulte is pricing the homes in the Prescott series starting at $357,990.
3. Sutton Place – The Sutton Place series has 2,179+ square feet of living space and water and wooded sites. Prospective homebuyers can choose from both one and two level plans with flexible space and open floorplans. Pulte is pricing the homes in the Sutton Place series starting at $432,990.
Forestwood will have numerous Amenities/Features, including a Planned Pavilion, Walking Paths, Planned Swimming Pool and Playground, Planned Firepit, Walking Trails and Pickleball Courts.
High speed Internet and TV is included in the HOA fees.
Pulte is building approximately 92 single family homes developed in an initial phase of development in Forestwood. Pulte has not yet release the homes for a second phase in Forestwood.
