(1) Litchfield II - from $442,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,748 square feet
(2) St. Phillips - from $454,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,772 square feet
(3) Kensington - from $489,000 - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,449 square feet
A fourth Lennar floor plan, Savannah, is expected to be offered for a deliver in late spring/early summer.
