Sayebrook
SayeBrook is a relatively new neighborhood being developed in Myrtle Beach (Surfside area) near the intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 544. The Sayebrook community encompasses nearly 730 acres two miles from the Atlantic Ocean. The Sayebrook community will be ultimately be comprised of about 1,700 homes and will offer close proximity to major retailers at the 400,000-square-foot Town Center with Target as the main anchor and more junior anchors such as Marshalls and Petco. Plans are also in place to include a Trader Joe’s. Amenities within Sayebrook include a resort-style pool, a 1,500 sq. ft. covered pavilion, lighted pickleball courts, basketball court, a children’s playground, a “Meeting House” for social gatherings, and a fire pit. The Sayebrook community offers easy access to Myrtle Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and boat launches. Also nearby are Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Common District, Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, South Strand Medical Center, and Socastee Middle School.
Toll Brothers has been selling single family homes in the new home community of Sayebrook in Myrtle Beach since May of 2023. Hill Street Villas is being developed right off of Hill Street where 24th Avenue North intersects in North Myrtle Beach and adjacent to the Hill Street Park.
