News Title:Palmetto Trace by Dream Finders Homes Announces Pricing From the $300s in North Myrtle Beach
Dream Finders Homes has announced anticipated pricing from the $300s for Palmetto Trace, a new townhome community planned for North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Preliminary plans call for approximately 182 townhomes on a 30.45-acre tract near the intersection of Robert Edge Parkway and Highway 31. Presales are expected to begin in late 2026.
A Convenient North Myrtle Beach Location
Palmetto Trace is being developed near Robert Edge Parkway and Highway 31, offering convenient access to Carolina Bays Parkway, Highway 90 and US Highway 17. The location places residents within reach of North Myrtle Beach's beaches, shopping, dining and outdoor recreation.
The North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex is directly across Highway 31 from the planned community. This popular recreation destination features sports facilities, walking trails, open spaces and family-friendly activities. Nearby attractions include Shark Wake Park, which offers additional outdoor recreation opportunities. Pelican Bay and Pelican Bay Lakes are among the neighboring residential communities.
Robert Edge Parkway extends from SC Highway 90 west to US Highway 17 at Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, crossing the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and connecting with Carolina Bays Parkway. Opened in September 2009, it was the final project in Horry County's initial Road Improvement and Development Effort (RIDE) program.
The parkway honors Robert Edge, Sr., who became the first mayor of North Myrtle Beach in 1968 when Ocean Drive Beach, Crescent Beach and Windy Hill came together to form the city. Edge had previously served as mayor of Crescent Beach.
