As of March 24, 2025, Ryan Homes has almost completed the first couple of model homes in the new home community of Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach!
The new home community of Hope Pointe is conveniently located right off of Little River Neck Road and extends all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway.
Hope Pointe is being developed adjacent to the Tidewater Golf Club – one of the premier golf courses in all of the Grand Strand.

Land development on this approximate 42.2-acre piece of land continues and spec homes and models are well underway in Hope Pointe.
In total, Hope Pointe is expected to have 95 single family homes and 146 townhomes.
The initial phase in Hope Pointe will be in the central part of the community and will consist of approximately 58 single family homes. One future phase will include additional single-family homes closer to the Intracoastal Waterway. Another future phase will include a set of approximately 146 townhomes closer to the Little River Neck Road portion on the community.
An exciting feature of Hope Pointe will include a dock and 44 private boats slips! The boat slips are planned to be approximately 12.5 feet in length – enough to accommodate a 30 foot boat! Ryan
Homes will be offering the boat slips on a first come first serve basis.
Being located along the Intracoastal Waterway, residents will have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby inlets.
Ryan Homes is pricing the basic new homes in Hope Pointe to be starting in the upper $400’s.
