The location of this Starlight Homes new home community of Spring Grove is in a quiet country like setting, slightly northeast of the intersection of Highway 501 and Highway 22, just off of Highway 319.
Current plans are for Starlight Homes to build approximately 100 single-family in the new home community of Spring Grove in Aynor, SC.

(2) Plantersfield - a new home community in Conway which started development in 2024. The Plantersfield subdivision will include approximately 87 single family units. This Conway new home community of Plantersfield is conveniently located in Maple Crossroads just off of highway 701 just below its interchange with Highway 22, just down the road from the Grier Crossing subdivision. Plantersfield will have 3–4-bedroom single family homes with 2-3 baths and 2 car garages. Plantersfield will feature a variety of floorplans each with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded flooring.
