News Title: Lennar new home communities in the Myrtle Beach area that have just started to presell

Victory Point (Carolina Forest)

Victory Point is a new townhome community in Carolina Forest that is now selling! The first delivery of townhomes that are now selling at Victory Point will be in the winter of 2025. Victory Point is conveniently located in the heart of Carolina Forest, directly off of Highway 501 near the interchange with Highway 31. Victory Point is within walking distance to the Tanger Outlets. Horry County Government has approved the development of 401 multi-family units. Lennar owns this 13.8-acre piece of land where the Victory Point townhomes are being constructed. Pricing of these new Lennar townhomes in Victory Point is starting in the middle $240's. Among the amenities at Victory Point will be a swimming pool, picnic area, playground and pond.

SeaChase Pointe (North Myrtle Beach)

SeaChase Pointe is a new home community in North Myrtle Beach that began to sell single family homes in November of 2024! Initial delivery of single-family homes in SeaChase Pointe will be in the spring of 2025. Land is continuing to be cleared and spec homes are now being constructed. Plans are to build approximately 180 single family homes in SeaChase Pointe. SeaChase Pointe is being developed on a 60.22 acre piece of land just off of Little River Neck Road in the northern part of North Myrtle Beach just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway. SeaChase Point is conveniently located just south of the Tidewater Golf Club and just north of the Surf Golf and Beach Club. Some of the existing subdivisions close to where Seachase Pointe is being developed include: The Grove, Charleston Landing, Cottages on the Marsh, Riverside and Harbour Watch. Lennar is pricing single family homes in SeaChase Pointe starting from $425,000 to $ 472,000.

Warner Crossing (Loris)

Warner Crossing is a new home community in Loris that started to sell single family homes in November of 2024. The new home community of Warner Crossing is located just off of Highway 9 relatively close to the border of South Carolina and North Carolina. Warner Crossing is conveniently located right off of Highway 9, close to Highway 701 and within 20 minutes of North Myrtle Beach, the ocean, shopping, and dining. The Diamondback Golf Club at Woodland Valley is located just to the north of Warner Crossing. Horry County has approved the development of 147 single family homes in Warner Crossing. Warner Crossing will be developed on an 88-acre parcel of land. Single family homes in Warner Crossing are selling starting from around $200,000.

Collins Walk (Conway)

Collins Walk is a new townhome community in Conway that began to presell in October of 2024. In June 2024, Lennar purchased approximately 20 acres of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. Lennar is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. Plans are to build approximately 161 townhomes in the new home community of Collins Walk. Townhomes at Collins Walk are priced starting from the middle $250's.
