Harborview
Harborview is a relatively mature Carolina Forest new home community by Beazer Homes. This Carolina Forest new home community is conveniently located off of Route 17 and Highway 501. The Harborview community is gated and is located close to the Intracoastal Waterway. This Carolina Forest new home community offers both oversized water view or wooded homesites encircling private cul-de-sacs. Harborview is one of the most prestigious new home communities in all of Myrtle Beach.
Single family homes in Harborview first began to sell back in 2020. Since that time, the single family homes in Harborview have sold from the middle $300’s to the upper $600’s.
