Dove Crossing is a new home community coming soon to Conway. Locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Canon Hill". Dove Crossing is located on the southwest side of Conway close to Cates Bay Highway. Harvest Ridge and Northwood are a couple of the subdivisions that are close to where Dove Crossing will be developed. Dove Crossing will be developed just south of Big Cypress Lake, a nice local retreat for picnicking and fishing.
VBCB Holdings currently owns this property. This approximate 79.2 parcel of land is currently being cleared and the development of spec homes is well underway.
D. R. Horton is the builder in Dove Crossing.
D. R. Horton will be offering their Express Series homes. Prospective homeowners will be able to choose from single-story and two-story floor plans, featuring premium standard features.
