The single family homes in Indigo Bay in Carolina Forest first began to sell back in 2017. As of late 2025, the single-family homes in Indigo Bay have sold from $300,000 to $800,000 with an average selling price of approximately $535,000.

Pulte Homes has just announced that they will be starting presales of their new home section in Indigo Bay in the Spring of 2026.
Pulte has not yet announced pricing or floor plans for their new homes in Indigo Bay.
