The Willows

The Willows is a new home community in Longs that started to release homes in early 2024. This new home community in Longs is being developed next to the future Lennar subdivision of Valley Ridge and adjacent to the southeast, of the old Crown Park Golf Club (Calabay Park - Future Subdivision). Myrtle Lakes North is the existing subdivision adjacent on the southeast side of the new home community of The Willows. The Willows is conveniently located close to Highway 9 in Longs, just off of Hemingway Road. There will be approximately 199 single family homes in The Willows. The initial phase that is now underway will consist of almost 100 single family homes on approximately 41 acres of land just off of Hemingway Road in Longs. Future phases on the remaining 43 acres will also consist of about 100 single family homes.

Traditions at Carolina Forest

Chesapeake Homes is pricing homes in Traditions at Carolina Forest starting at $344,900

Chesapeake Homes first started presales in the Traditions at Carolina Forest in the fall of 2024, and have already closed over a half a dozen homes. Prices of the homes sold so far in Traditions at Carolina Forest have ranged from the upper $300’s to the upper $500’s. Traditions at Carolina Forest is one of the last new home communities that is being built on the northwest side of River Oaks Drive in Carolina Forest. Traditions at Carolina Forest is being developed adjacent to D. R. Horton’s new home community of the Village Oaks and not too far from Pulte’s Berkshire Forest community. Chesapeake Homes is the builder of the new home community Traditions at Carolina Forest. Chesapeake Homes is planning on building approximately 340 single family homes in the Traditions at Carolina Forest. Building is being done in phases. Proposed amenities cater to all lifestyles. Waterbridge

Waterbridge is a Carolina Forest new home community. Waterbridge offers cottage style homes with approximately 120 acres of preserved land and 80 acres of lakes. Chesapeake Homes is one of several builders serving the development needs of this new home community in Carolina Forest. There are 1,222 building lots that have been approved by the Horry County government in Waterbridge. Access all around Myrtle Beach from Waterbridge is now greatly simplified as the Carolina Forest Boulevard road expansion project has made this throughway a four lane road. Horry County has approved the development of 1,222 single family homes in Waterbridge, 1144 single family homes have been platted, 804 single family homes have been developed, and 418 single family homes remain to be developed in the new home community of Waterbridge in Carolina Forest.
