November 2025 was a hot month for Lennar in SeaChase Pointe with over 20 single-family homes closed.
The new home community of SeaChase Pointe is in a very convenient location in North Myrtle Beach right off of Little River Neck Road.
SeaChase Pointe is being developed on a 60.22 acre piece of land just off of Little River Neck Road in the northern part of North Myrtle Beach just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway. SeaChase Point is conveniently located just south of the Tidewater Golf Club and just north of the Surf Golf and Beach Club. Some of the existing subdivisions close to where Seachase Pointe is being developed include: The Grove, Charleston Landing, Cottages on the Marsh, Riverside and Harbour Watch.
Lennar is building 180 single family homes in the new home community of SeaChase Pointe in North Myrtle Beach.
In the new North Myrtle Beach community of SeaChase Pointe, Lennar is offering at least 3 different floor plans:
(1) Litchfield II - from $461,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,748 + square feet - The Litchfield is one of Lennar's most popular floorplans and it’s not hard to see why! This home features a formal dining room and an open-concept family room, kitchen and breakfast room with access to the patio for outdoor entertaining. There is a total of three bedrooms, including the owner’s suite. An optional second floor adds a fourth bedroom and bonus room.
(2) St. Phillips - from $473,000 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,772 + square feet - This single-story home has an open-concept feel with an optional second level featuring either an additional fourth bedroom or a bonus room. In 2024, Lennar acquired Rausch Coleman Homes, which operates in 16 housing markets across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas which will expand Lennar’s presence in the U.S. Southeast and Southwest.
