Crescent Cove is a new home community in Myrtle Beach anchored along the Intracoastal Waterway of Myrtle Beach. The coastal breeze welcomes you to the new home community, Crescent Cove. The model homes in Crescent Cove became available for walk through early February 2024, presales started shortly thereafter, and the first set of homes closed in July of 2024. Since that time, Pulte has closed over 30 single family homes in Crescent Cove, with many more already under contract. Prices of the homes sold in Crescent Cove have ranged from the upper $300’s to the lower $700’s.
The initial phase in Crescent Cove consists of approximately 118 single family homes. The next phase that just opened up in Crescent Cove consists of about another 73 single family homes. Additional phases that will be located closer to the Intracoastal Waterway have not yet been released by Pulte.
