News Title:Lennar has announced presales for Parkview, the newest addition to its growing portfolio of Myrtle Beach are townhome communities.
The new townhome community of Parkview is located just off of Holmestown Road – a convenient gateway between Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. The Parkview townhome community is close to major roads and local roads that feed into Highway 17 and Surfside Beach.
Weslin Creek, The Gate @ Surfside Beach, Coastal Pines and The Lakes are a few of the existing subdivisions near where the new townhome community of Parkview is being developed.
In September of 2024, Lennar purchased this 28.2 parcel of land in Surfside.
Preliminary plans for the Parkview townhome community are showing 180 townhomes.
The Parkview townhome community will have a community swimming pool and a playground.
Lennar is offering two different townhome plans in Parkview. 1. Morgan Townhome Plan by Lennar in Parkview
The Morgan townhome plan in Parkview by Lennar offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,897 square feet of living space. Upon entry of the Morgan two-story townhome in Parkview is a den ideal for at-home work, followed by the kitchen, breakfast area and family room arranged in a desirable open floorplan that promotes seamless transition between spaces. A rear patio expands the Morgan townhome for outdoor activities. Three peaceful bedrooms occupy the second floor, including the owner’s suite with an adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet.
Lennar is pricing the Morgan townhome plan in Parkview from $319,000.
2, Jordan Townhome Plan by Lennar in Parkview
The Jordan townhome plan in Parkview by Lennar offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,988 square feet of living space. The Jordan two-story townhome in Parkview showcases a first-level owner’s suite, which comes complete with a full-sized bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The Jordan townhome in Parkview provides homeowners easy access to the open-plan layout located among the family room, breakfast area and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a central loft provides additional entertainment space and divides the two secondary bedrooms, one of which connects directly to a shared bathroom.
Lennar is pricing the Jordan townhome plan in Parkview from $326,000.
For both the Morgan townhome in Parkview and the Jordan townhome in Parkview, Lennar if offering several exterior facades – which Lennar refers to as 3-plex, 4-plex, 5-plex and 6-plex exteriors based upon how many attached units are styled together under a specific elevation. In summary, as the plex number increases, more of the townhome units will share the same exterior design, creating a longer, more continuous building appearance with fewer distinct breaks per townhome.

Camberly - The new townhome community of Camberly is conveniently located in Carolina Forest just off of Highway 501 adjacent to the existing subdivision of Waterford Plantation. Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 58 townhomes homes in Camberly on a parcel of 13.14 acres of land. Lennar has not yet announced timing on the new townhome community of Camberly.
