South Island Plantation will have an expansive clubhouse, fenced community pool and a pier on Winyah Bay. Plans are in the works to have at least 20 boat slips – perhaps up to 50 boat slips.

Over 20 single-family homes have sold thus far in South Island Plantation with sales prices ranging from the low $400’s to the low $800’s.
The HOA fees at South Island Plantation are less than $200.
