The new home community of Triple Crown Estates is conveniently located just off of Four Mile Road, nestled between Highway 501 and Highway 701 a few minutes from downtown Conway.
Triple Crown Estates is a subdivision consisting of 30 single family lots and two remainder parcels. The parent parcel is approximately 89.34 acres in size and includes approximately 3.18 acres of wetlands. The internal road network is proposed to be dedicated over to the County as public right-of-way.
