Beach View at Grande Dunes is a community of single family homes in Myrtle Beach that will be preselling in August of 2025. Beach View at Grande Dunes is located in the heart of the Grande Dunes area in Myrtle Beach between 82nd Avenue North and Grande Dunes Boulevard. This new single family home community will be developed adjacent to Dream Finders Homes new townhome community of The Promenade at Grande Dunes.
Lennar purchased this approximate 25-acre property back in the fall of 2023.
Preliminary plans from Lennar are for this new community of Beach View at Grande Dunes to have approximately 122 single family homes.
