The property is located just north of downtown Conway and north-adjacent to the existing Sherwood Forest and Country Club Estates subdivisions - just east of Highway 701.
F & R Development purchased this piece of property from Country Club Properties in November of 2024. Land development in Riverwood at Sherwood Forest is well underway.

As of December 2024, Beverly Homes has not yet announced timing or pricing for the new homes in Riverwood at Sherwood Forest.
