In March of 2025, Conway Atlantic Land Development, LLC purchased a parcel of land off of Costie Allen Road just west of Highway 701.
At the end of March 2025, an application was submitted to Horry County to rezone this approximate 40.87 acre parcel of land at 4847 Costie Allen Road from FA to MRD 1.
MRD 1 is the Multi Residential One Zoning District that allows for mixed residential development in the rural areas of the county as identified on the Conway SC Future Land Use Map.
Conway Atlantic Land Development is involved with land acquisition and land development primarily in the Conway and Horry County areas. Other Conway Atlantic Land Development projects include:
1. Conway Atlantic Land Development was the land developer of a new home community in Conway on 16.73 acres. This is now the new single-family home community of Ravenloft in Conway, SC which, in the latter part of 2024, D. R. Horton bought to build out the community.
2. Conway Atlantic Development is also currently involved with the planning and land development of another new single-family home community in the northeast part of Conway. This new home community is currently being named Long Branch Estates and is located off of Long Branch Road and Highway 65 in Conway. There are currently 74 single family homes being planned for this new home community.
Conway Atlantic Land Development has not yet announced any further details about the new home community being planned off of Costie Allen Road in Aynor.
