The new townhome community of Parkview is located just off of Holmestown Road – a convenient gateway between Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. The Parkview townhome community is close to major roads and local roads that feed into Highway 17 and Surfside Beach.
Weslin Creek, The Gate @ Surfside Beach, Coastal Pines and The Lakes are a few of the existing subdivisions near where the new townhome community of Parkview is being developed.
In September of 2024, Lennar purchased this 28.2 parcel of land in Surfside.
Preliminary plans for the Parkview townhome community are showing 180 townhomes.
The Parkview townhome community will have a community swimming pool.
As of December 2025, Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing for the townhomes in Parkview.
The Parkview townhome community announcement by Lennar is a prime example how Lennar is accelerating its growth in the Myrtle Beach area, now with more than 20 communities currently under construction and nearly 20 additional projects in the pipeline.
Among the nearly 20 Lennar new home communities in the pipeline, the following four are expected to be released for presales in 2026.
1. Camberly in Carolina Forest by Lennar Coming Soon in 2026
The new townhome community of Camberly is conveniently located just off of Highway 501 adjacent to the existing subdivision of Waterford Plantation. Camberly is nestled among three of the area’s golf courses: Myrtle Beach National, The Wizard and Man O’War. Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 58 townhomes homes in Camberly on a parcel of 13.14 acres of land. Lennar has not yet announced timing on the new townhome community of Camberly.
2. Champions Park in Little River by Lennar Coming Soon in 2026
Champions Park is a new townhome community coming soon to Little River by Lennar conveniently located just off of Champions Boulevard and will be located adjacent to the 96 acre piece of land where Phase 2 of the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex is located. The City of North Myrtle Beach has approved up to 650 dwelling units on this parcel where the Champions Park townhomes are being developed. Lennar will be offering 3 unique townhome collections in Champions Park. Lennar has not yet announced timing or plans for the new townhome community of Champions Park,
3. Islewater at Grande Dunes by Lennar Coming Soon in 2026
Islewater at Grande Dunes is a new home community coming soon to the Grande Dunes master planned community. Islewater at Grande Dunes is one of the new subdivisions that is being developed with the Marina Village section of Grande Dunes. Lennar will be building 86 single-family homes in Islewater at Grande Dunes. Islewater at Grande Dunes is the second subdivision for Lennar within the Grande Dunes master planned community. Presales by Lennar of the single-family homes at Beach View at Grande Dunes started in June of 2025. Lennar has not yet announced pricing or plans for their new single-family homes in Islewater at Grande Dunes.
4. Poplar Oaks in Conway by Lennar Coming Soon in 2026
Poplar Oaks is a new home community coming soon to Conway near where Highway 410 intersects with Highway 701 a few miles northeast of downtown Conway. Horry County has approved 80 single-family homes on a parcel of land that is approximately 39.76 acres in the new home community of Poplar Oaks in Conway. Lennar has not yet announced timing or plans for the new homes in Poplar Oaks in Conway.
