Haven View is a new home community in Murrells Inlet by D. R. Horton that, as of January 2026, has now officially sold out. D. Horton developed 43 single-family homes on a 15.7 acre tract of land directly off of McDowell Shortcut Road in Murrells Inlet. In about a year, D.R. Horton sold all of the single-family homes in Haven View. D. R. Horton offered their Tradition Series homes in Haven View.
The single-family homes in Haven View have sold from as low as $385,000 to as high as $549,000 with an average selling price of around $478,000.
In addition to Haven View now being sold out, D. R. Horton is now down to the final opportunities in the following new home communities in the Myrtle Beach area.
Belle Park
D. R. Horton has announced final opportunities in Belle Park in North Myrtle Beach. Belle Park is an existing community in North Myrtle Beach that first started to sell homes back in 2005. The Belle Park master planned community in total has a couple of hundred homes on three general sections, (1) Lake Homes at Belle Park, (2) Belle Park Preserve, and (3) Belle Park. D. R. Horton will be completing the Belle Park section. D. R. Horton purchased the remaining lots to be built in Belle Park in December of 2023. This section of about a dozen lots that D. R. Horton was building is located on the south side of Belle Park close to Highway 17. These lots are nestled around 9th Avenue South. D. R. Horton initially started presales of these single-family homes in Belle Park in January of 2025. As of January 2026, D. R. Horton has only one home left for sale in Belle Park priced from the $351’s.
Lochaven
D. R. Horton has announced final opportunities in Lochaven in Conway. Lochaven is a thoughtfully planned community located in Conway, South Carolina, centered around a large, tranquil lake and set within a beautiful country setting. D. R.
