The master planned community of “Elmhurst” in Conway initially began to sell homes back in 2006. The first four phases of Elmhurst were developed by multiple builders over multiple years.
The new home community of Elmhurst Place will be the final two phases of Elmhurst.
Elmhurst Place will be developed on the 19.25 acre of land that encompasses Elmhurst Phase 5 and the 11.82 acre of land that encompasses Elmhurst Phase 6

Chapman Village is a new home community in Conway by D. R. Horton that started presales at the end of November 2025. Current plans from D. R. Horton are to develop 45 single family homes ranging in lot sizes from 5,475 square feet to 5,995 square feet. D. R. Horton is offering their Tradition Series homes. D. R. Horton is pricing the single-family homes in Chapman Village from the $349’s.
The single-family homes in Kingston Bay by D. R. Horton first started to close in early 2024. D. R. Horton is building the new home community of Kingston Bay in 2 phases and will ultimately have 155 single-family homes on a total of approximately 110.85 acres of land.
