Beazer Homes kicked off the home construction in the master planned community of Bella Vita. Beazer completed development of all 164 single-family homes in Bella Vita in 2025 and completed development of all 110 garden homes in Bella Vita Gardens in 2025.
Lennar was the builder in The Isles of Bella Vita. Lennar first started to close the single-family homes in The Isles of Bella Vita back in the May of 2022. Lennar officially sold out all 175 single-family homes in The Isles of Bella Vita in 2024. The single-family homes in The Isles of Bella Vita by Lennar sold from around $300,000 to around $430,000 with an average selling price in the $370’s.

The success of Bella Vita, combined with the long-term performance of the neighboring Berkshire Forest community—which completed a 20-year run of home sales in 2025—underscores the enduring appeal of the Carolina Forest area.
